  1. Ray Bradbury may have been saying that
technology is over rated and technology goes very far. This video was about Leonard Mead who was the last person on earth who like to walk and technoloy is way different than it is now, this year that was in the story took place in 2053. Bradbury was saying that technology is somethig thats powerful and can change human life and make it oddly differnt from the natrual world.

  2. Ray may have said that technology is useless. It may be over rated to him. He thinks that technology wouldn't make you life any better or easier. He rather walk than watch television. He also made it seem like he didn't want a wife.Technology could change you life, but I guess Ray Bradbury doesnt think that.

  3. Ray Bradbury talked about technology in the story by showing how technology could possibly end all life and a few surviors remain.Leonard was most likely the last person on earth as he walks by himself alone. In the story it showed that in 2053 technology is very differen. It showed how a cop car was controlled on its own. However I think Ray Bradvbury thought it was over-rated- Jahrod Lincoln

  4. Ray Bradbury was probably trying to say technology keeps us away from normal things like taking a walk like he did that why he probably was the only one walking while everyone else is somewhere dealing with technology. Technology don't make you think for yourself or have time for yourself. He didn't need technology he just needed time to himself. So what I'm thinking is that he thought that technology is useless. Technology change the way people live, human nature.

  5. Ray may have said that technology is useless. It may be to Complicated For Him To Under Stand. He Could Also think that technology wouldn't make His life any better or easier. Ray Could Be Thinking That Everybody is Caught Up In All This New Technology, and Forgot About how Outside Felt. Thats Why He Would Rather Walk Around All day

  7. He probably thinks that technology doesn't help him with anything and he doesn't need it.To him technology was useless. But to others they enjoy it like his neighbors watching television.Taking a daily walk, sight seeing, and nature was his interset. He thought that technology didnt make his life better or worst.

  8. I Think What Ray Bradbury was saying about technology in this story is that it wouldnt be any different without it. I say this because sometimes technology could be wrong to. Also technology could get you in or out of trouble. Even if the old man didint do anything but just walking the police thought if he was up to know could without letting him prove his case. In addidtion when he looked in the car no one was there which was suspicious. In conclusion this is what i think Ray Bradbury was trying to say about technology. Marcia McLeod 2A

  9. In pedestrian the auther may have been saying that technology will never stop going up. For exaple in the story the police had came but ther was no one in the carr but the man still had gotten locked up. And he could have also been saying that the more technology increases the harder life will be for people and he is saying that even if you are just walking technology will still find you..

  10. I think the author Ray Bradbury was talking about technology in this story to say that it is overated and that we need to do things that does not us technology like walking, playing a sport, or just go to the park and have a good time.

  11. Ray Bradbury mad it seen like technology wasn't that important in life, but i think that it's because back than technology wasn't so good and more faster like it is now. So he actually rather walk, get fresh air and look around instead of watching tv. However in that situation i do think that its better to be walking around instead of just wasting your time doing nothing important in the computer or just watching tv, but i guess that now technology does help you alot to get or find out things more faster.

  12. Mr. Ray Bradbury may have stated that
technology is a key source of everyday life. This clip was created to inform those of a man known as Leonard Mead. He was the last person on earth who likes to explore and venture around the streets. Different from any other person who rather be playing a game, on the computer, or on a phone. Bradbury was saying that technology is something that makes the world more unique every day instead of being ordinary.

  13. I think Ray Bradbury was trying to say at times technology is good to use at time but other times it useless.I say that because in the story and the movie he was the only person on earth who liked to walk around every night. Then this took place in 2053 then it was only police that was around at that time.I think he was trying to say that technology has change and its more powerful because you can do almost any thing with technology. Also I think he was trying to sayy is technoloy will only just get better over the years.

  14. I believe Ray Bradbury thought technology wasn't a factor. He seemed like a very self-dependent person. Mr.Bradbury was probably one of those people that didn't believe in modern technology, such as a motorized vehicle. He most likely grew up in an era where walking was normal but in 2053 it wasn't normal.

  15. What I think that Ray Bradbury was trying to show readers is that technology can make you believe in anything. We are surrounded by it so much, anything that it bring towards us, we are bound to believe it. For example, in the story, the main character was stopped by the police car and was asked random question because he wanted to take a walk. When the police demanded him to get in the car, he realized there wasn't anyone in the car. The car was the only thing that was communicating with him. As simple as walking around for air, he gets interfered with technology.
