What does it mean to be "free?" What does "freedom" mean to you, and what sacrifices do you make or would you be willing to make in order to live in a "free" society? Is "freedom" worth it?

To be free means you can say what you want, do as you please. In my opinion I think that being able to be free is having the ability to live your life, speak your mind and have rights...as long as the laws are followed. Freedom is a privilege and everyone has a fair chance at it. Having your own personal freedom is worth it. Don't give it up unless your life depends on it. Live your life and appreciate your freedom,and the opprotunities that come along with it.

To be free means to do what you want and how ever you want to do it with out someone making u do it.freedom mean to have your own state of mind.Its also mean to have the power to determine action without restraint.Freedom is worth it because if u did have freedom its no point of living if someone is control your live and how you want to live it...:)

To me having "Freedom" it's that you have the right to do things the way you want to and said what you actually feel. I think that liberty its the reason why people live the way they want to and take adventage of live to be someone better in the future.

Freedom to me means that i can do anything and everything.I can actully live my life and have freedom of speech.I believe freedom is worth it,because our realtives die for our freedom after the Native Americans try to keep us all African Americans slaves. I thank god for my freedom and i will not give it up for anything in the world.

To be free means to me, make your own choices not letting anyone tell you what to do, you can do anything you desire. Freedom to me means to have rights. The sacrifices you would probaly make is getting in trouble with the law. The sacrifices im willing to make is anything. I say this because freedom is important and if we cant get it then we have to fight for it. To have no freedom make you not wanna live because you have no life and freedom is your life. Its Worth It!

What free means to me is to do anything you want to do in life. Freedom to me is not being control by someone and doing things you dream about.The sacrifice that I will is community service. Yes I think freedom is worth it because if we didnt some of use will be slaves right now. If we didnt have freedom then black kids couldnt go to school and get education.

To be free means you have freedom over your actions , religion , speech , voting & desicions you make . Freedom to me means you can say what you want . Do certian things you want , but there are still rules and laws . You can practice your religion of choice , and make the decisions you want , as long as there not againt the law cause you will have consequences . Being as though I live in a free country I dont have to make any sacraficies . But freedom is definatly worth it ' its probally the best thing the nation has done thus far !

To be free means to be able 2 do what u want were what u want and say what u want cant no one tell u what to were or say to anyone.You have your own freedom to speak you are able to pick your own religon and do what ever you want.Having freedom means to go out anywere u can and having no one tell u what to or what you are suppose to say.I think if we didnt have freedom there would still be racism going on.
